For Self-Employed Individuals:
- Resident Indians only
- Aged between 21-70 years
- Minimum 3 years of business continuity
- Must earn minimum ₹1.5 lakh per annum
- Tenure duration 12 months – 300 months
For Salaried Individuals:
- Resident & Non-Resident Indians
- Aged between 21-60 years
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Must earn minimum ₹1 lakh per annum
- Tenure duration 12 months – 360 months
For Salaried Individuals:
- Last 3 Months Salary Slip
- 6 Months Bank Statement
- Form 16 For Last 2 Years
For Self-Employed Individuals:
- Valid Identity Proof: You can provide a copy of your passport, driving license, PAN card, or Aadhaar card.
- Valid Address Proof: You can provide a copy of your passport, driving license, ration card, electricity bill, telephone bill, or Aadhaar card.
- Valid Income Proof: If you are a salaried individual, you need to provide your last 2 months’ salary slips, latest ITR or Form 16, or last 6 months’ bank statement. If you are self-employed, you need to provide your latest ITR, balance sheet or P&L statement, GST return, and last 6 months’ bank statements or CC statements, etc.
- Property Proof: You need to provide photocopies of the draft sale deed and chain title documents (if any), allotment/possession letter, and a no objection certificate from the society, along with other documents as per the legal report.
